Vacancy: Quality Coordinator

Do you have a keen eye for quality and safety? For our activities in the storage, handling, and distribution of Jet Fuel, we are looking for a Quality Coordinator to ensure that our processes consistently meet the highest standards. You will oversee compliance with JIG guidelines, aviation and fuel standards, and internal procedures, while also driving continuous improvement in our operations. Thanks to your efforts, quality, safety, and compliance remain at the core of our activities.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

Quality Monitoring & Compliance:

  • You ensure the correct application of JIG standards (Joint Inspection Group) in all operational processes.
  • You manage the Quality Management System (QMS) and conduct internal audits.
  • You prepare and support external audits (e.g., JIG, customers, authorities).
  • You analyze audit results and develop corrective and improvement action plans.

Operational Oversight:

  • You supervise daily operations related to Jet Fuel handling, storage, and distribution.
  • You assess operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • You report deviations, incidents, and quality indicators to management.

Training & Awareness:

  • You train operational staff on JIG requirements, quality procedures, and product integrity.
  • You promote a safety- and quality-oriented company culture focused on continuous improvement.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • You keep all quality documentation and operational procedures up to date.
  • You prepare monthly quality reports and KPIs for monitoring and management reporting.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (bio)chemistry, process or quality management, engineering, or possess equivalent experience that demonstrates your expertise.
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in a quality or operational role, preferably within the energy, petrochemical, or aviation sector.
  • You have thorough knowledge of JIG standards, ISO 9001, and safety management systems such as ISGOTT or HSSE.
