Are you someone with a keen eye for quality and safety? For our operations, we are looking for a Quality Coordinator who ensures the correct application of quality and safety standards and provides strong follow-up of our ISO management systems.
As a Quality Coordinator at GTS, you are the driving force behind continuous improvement, compliance, and efficient processes throughout the entire organization. Thanks to your efforts, quality, safety, and compliance remain at the core of our operations. In this role, you also play a key part in ensuring compliance with JIG guidelines and relevant aviation and fuel standards, which are an essential part of our operational context.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Quality Monitoring & Compliance
- You manage and optimize the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- You conduct internal audits and thoroughly prepare for external audits.
- You analyze audit results and develop corrective and preventive action plans.
- You ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and legal requirements.
- You oversee the correct application of JIG standards (Joint Inspection Group) across all operational processes.
Operational Follow-up
- You closely monitor daily operational processes and ensure quality of execution.
- You assess risks, propose improvements, and implement mitigation and control measures.
- You investigate deviations and incidents and report them to management with clear recommendations.
Training & Awareness
- You deliver training to employees on JIG requirements, quality procedures, process integrity, and proper application of the QMS.
- You promote a safety- and quality-oriented company culture where continuous improvement is central.
Documentation & Reporting
- You keep all quality documentation and operational procedures up to date.
- You prepare monthly quality reports and KPIs for monitoring and management reporting.
Your Profile:
- You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in (bio)chemistry, process or quality management, engineering, or you have equivalent experience demonstrating your expertise.
- You bring at least 5 years of experience in a quality or operational role, preferably within the energy, petrochemical, or aviation sector.
- You have a solid knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and/or ISO 45001 and are familiar with safety or risk management systems. Knowledge of the JIG standard is a strong plus.
