Tasks & Responsibilities:
Within this role, you contribute to the accounting of GTS and its various subsidiaries, ensuring a varied and educational range of tasks:
- Processing purchase and sales invoices for the different entities
- Assisting with monthly closings
- Performing day-to-day accounting operations
- Preparing and executing payments
- Managing general administrative tasks
- Acting as a secondary point of contact/back-up for invoicing
Your profile:
- You hold a relevant degree (accounting and taxation, accounting administration, finance, etc.)
- Independent, accurate, and discreet are words that describe your personality well
- You enjoy working in a team and collaborate effectively, as close cooperation with other accountants is essential
- You communicate in a transparent, clear, and correct manner
- You are highly proficient in MS Office and can easily work with its various applications
- You are straight to the point and adopt a no-nonsense approach
