As an Allround Administrative Support, you play a key role within our organization. You are responsible for the quality and reliability of all administrative processes that support our operational activities on site.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for the full administrative follow-up of operational activities on site. This includes processing nominations (both before and after operations), handling operational files from A to Z, providing input for invoicing, and managing complaint administration, all via the terminal management system.
  • Together with your team, you organize and optimize the planning of trucks (60%) and vessels (40%), with a future expansion towards rail planning.
  • You are the point of contact for customers and maintain daily communication, both by phone and email.
  • You are responsible for welcoming and assisting truck drivers, contractors, and suppliers, ensuring a smooth flow and correct guidance on site.
  • You process (customs) documents accurately in the designated systems and registers.
  • You handle daily reporting of terminal activities and monitor inventory via the terminal management system.

Your Profile:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or have equivalent experience.
  • You have at least 3 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • You can easily switch between teamwork and working independently, depending on what the situation requires.
  • You communicate clearly, professionally, and purposefully, both internally and externally.
  • You work in a structured and accurate manner, with attention to detail and quality.
  • You are proactive, solution-oriented, and focused on achieving results.
  • You have strong planning and organizational skills and maintain an overview, even during busy periods.
  • You have a critical mindset and actively think about how processes can be improved.
  • You have a hands-on mentality and take ownership in everything you do.
  • In addition to Dutch, you are also fluent in English; French is an added advantage.
  • Experience in the logistics sector, with knowledge of customs and import documentation, is a strong plus.
