Vacancy: Maintenance Field Supervisor

For our terminal, we are looking for a Maintenance Field Supervisor who supports and oversees daily on-site maintenance activities. You are technically strong, hands-on, and motivated to work together with colleagues and contractors to ensure reliable and safe installations.
As a Maintenance Field Supervisor, you are the on-site point of contact for all maintenance activities. You support technicians, carry out interventions yourself, oversee contractors, and ensure accurate and safe execution of maintenance tasks.
Tasks and responsibilities:
- Performing and following up on preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Troubleshooting pumps, piping, motors, valves, and E&I components.
- Preparing and supervising maintenance activities with external contractors.
- Ensuring correct application of safety procedures (LOTO, PTW, ATEX).
- Carrying out technical inspections and site checks.
- Reporting completed work and breakdowns in the maintenance system (Phronesys).
- Providing technical input for improvements and maintenance optimizations.
Your profile:
- Technical education (mechanical, electromechanical, instrumentation, etc.).
- Several years of relevant maintenance experience in an industrial environment.
- Strong safety awareness and attention to detail.
- Hands-on, problem-solving, and communicative.
- You enjoy working in the field and appreciate variety in your responsibilities.
